We also help facilitate private sales for those wanting the extra layer of protection with a background check. Both parties, seller & buyer, MUST be present with valid ID and the firearm. The private sale would follow FFL guidelines.
We are happy to sell your firearm for a consignment fee and minus the cost of FL sales tax.
To remove an item from consignment, a background check is required by law.
We buy used guns or accept trade-ins occasionally, based on value and upon inspection.
Firearms, NFA items, ammunition, and tools CANNOT be returned/exchanged once purchased. Any NON-APPROVAL of a background check will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Unused accessories can be returned within 15 days of purchase with a receipt, minus a 25% restocking fee.
Any fees and services are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
Long guns may be purchased by residents of other states if the sale complies with both states' laws; handguns generally must be shipped to a FFL dealer in your home state.
In FL, You must be 21+ to buy any handgun ammo, and 18+ to buy any long gun ammo.
There is a FL mandatory 3 business day wait to pickup a firearm after purchase.
Same day pickups will only occur with: a current FL concealed carry permit, a current/active hunting license (long guns only), an accepted trade-in of another firearm at purchase, OR an active duty law enforcement officer, correctional officer, and active duty military (must present ID/badge or orders).
You must have a valid FL Drivers License or State ID. A current physical address must be listed and valid. If not, additional form of ID requirements must be met.
You MUST be able to pass a background check.
For FL residents (based on Drivers License), according to FL law, you must be 21+ to purchase a handgun or long gun. The current FL state law allows for an exception. Rifles & shotguns may be purchased by a 18+ ONLY if they are ACTIVE law enforcement, correctional officers or military. Proof is REQUIRED by ID badge or military orders for FL.
