General Terms & Conditions 

• For any applicable purchases that require a background check fee, shipping or transfer fees that will REQUIRE us to contact you separately for that payment OR it can be paid at the time of pickup, if local.
• Firearms, NFA items, ammunition, and tools cannot be returned/exchanged, so please ensure that you can pass a background check. Non-approval background checks will result in the forfeiture of ALL monies paid.
• Unused accessories can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of purchase, minus a 25% restocking fee.
• Any USED or CONSIGNMENT item purchased is bought in "AS IN' condition, with no warranty.
• Any CONSIGNMENT item purchased online, the buyer is also responsible for full shipping fees. 

Online Purchasing Terms & Conditions 

• Buyer Responsibilities:
  • Legal Compliance: Buyers affirm they are not prohibited from owning firearms by federal, state, or local laws and will comply with all applicable laws. 
  • Age Requirements: Buyers confirm they meet the minimum age requirement for purchasing firearms and ammunition. In FL, for firearms it is 21, unless you meet the criteria for FL state law exceptions. 
  • Actual Transferee: Buyers must be the actual intended recipient of the firearm or ammunition. 
• FFL Transfer for Firearms:
  • Mandatory FFL: All online firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for a legally required background check and transfer. 
  • Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for selecting an FFL, providing their license, and completing the necessary paperwork (such as ATF Form 4473) in person. 
• Returns and Refunds:
  • Product Specifics: Return policies vary by product. Any firearms, ammunition, or NFA items CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. 
  • Return Conditions: Only unused and non-defective accessory items may be returnable within 15 days of purchase with a receipt, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Restocking Fees:
  • Customers may be charged a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not defective or are returned outside the designated return period. 
• Disclaimers of Liability:
  • Online retailers disclaim liability for damages, including lost profits or consequential damages, arising from the use or misuse of their products. 
  • They also disclaim liability for the accuracy of product descriptions and any content on their site. 
  • All prices, inventory, and specifications are all subject to change and adjustment without notice due to market conditions, product availability, or other factors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, etc.

The recipient must complete an ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) at the receiving FFL. 

• Age Verification: 

Buyers must be of legal age to purchase the firearm and/or ammunition etc.

• Jurisdictional Laws:

Firearm and any other sales and shipping are subject to federal, state, and local regulations, meaning specific firearms may not be shippable to and/or purchased in certain states or cities. If you are purchasing from a state other than FL, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check your state's laws and guidelines with a licensed FFL dealer local to you before placing the order.
